Image Licenses
The Opte Image has always been free for non-commercial purposes and is covered under the creative commons license. The image is open to be shared, however we are asking for a license fee to use it for commercial purposes. This fee/donation will go toward the growth of the project and help the images become more articulate. We are using paypal to process the donation and once the donation is accepted you will receive an approval email within 24 to 48 hours which will contain consent to use the images produced by the project.|
Periodicals and Books License: This license provides consent to use the image in periodicals and books. A license is required for each publication, thus one license will not provide a publisher rights to use the image in multiple publications. One time license cost: $150.00 |

Video and Television License: This license provides consent to use the image in movies and television. A license is required for each program, thus one license will not provide a production rights to use the image in multiple movies. One time license cost: $250.00 |

Corporate Marketing License: This license provides consent to use the image in corporate presentations and marketing materials (such as web sites). One license is required per coproation. One time license cost: $300.00 |
